OIPM Mediation

I recently had the opportunity to participate in the first NOPD complaint handled through the OIPM mediation process.  In short, it appeared to be a fair process and I think that all parties were satisfied with the result.

All FOP members are encouraged to call me or their FOP attorney to discuss whether mediation is a good option for their particular case.  We will also be able to give the officer some insight into the process and what to expect.
